That Nakhel is a luxury residential resort in Al-Madinah that combines modern living with a natural setting. Planned as an integrated community, it brings together luxury hotels and villas set among more than 1,400 palm trees. The community also includes retail outlets, sports clubs and leisure facilities that enhance residents’ quality of life in line with Vision 2030’s goal of serving pilgrims and visitors. MDR Development manages and supervises the project's development works, from feasibility and design through to handover and operation.

Al Hada View is a mixed-use hospitality and leisure development in Taif. Planned as an upscale retreat, it includes five-star hotels, spa resorts, serviced apartments and luxury villas overlooking the Al-Hada mountains. Its components include Al-Matl Walk, the Old Taif Market, hotels and villas, a cable car, and gardens and orchards.
